Billy Cahill – CEO
Billy is responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, capital markets transactions, development management and asset management. Prior to joining the Cahill family companies in 2010, Billy worked in FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance Group in New York, NY.
Billy earned a BS from Boston College and an MBA from Wharton.
Kenny Cahill - President
Kenny joined the Cahill family companies in April, 2013. Kenny is responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, capital market transactions and asset management in Colorado and San Francisco.
Kenny received his BA from the University of Southern California and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Bill Cahill – Vice Chairman
Chairman of Calfox, Inc. and a director of Cahill Contractors, Inc. Bill joined the Cahill family companies in 1978. Bill holds an AB degree from Stanford University and a JD from Hastings College of the Law.
Jerry Cahill – Vice Chairman
Chairman of Calfox, Inc. and a director of Cahill Contractors, Inc. Prior to this role, he was President of Calfox, Inc. having begun work at the Cahill family companies in 1971. He is active in all investment decisions of the firm.
Jerry holds an MBA degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business as well as a BA from Stanford. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Jerry has served on the Board of BOMA San Francisco.
Derek Taylor – Chief Operating Officer
Derek Taylor joined Calfox in 2003. As Chief Operating Officer for Calfox, he is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm. Derek also leads lease negotiation for Calfox’s San Francisco office properties. Prior to his current position, Derek was been involved in the management of most of the assets in the Calfox portfolio as well as acquisition and disposition activities.
Prior to joining Calfox, Derek had a ten year career in direct broadcast satellite industry, serving a variety of roles from product to channel management and direct sales.
Derek graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a B. A. in Business Administration and Professional Writing.
Han Auyeung – Associate Analyst
As a Financial Analyst at Calfox, Inc., Han works with the Chief Investment Officer underwriting new projects by developing, interpreting, and implementing financial planning into new and existing business models. Han earned an undergraduate degree and MBA from UC Riverside.
Alfred Leong – CFO
As Calfox’s CFO, Alfred Leong oversees all accounting, tax, and finance matters for Calfox and its related entities. Alfred brings over 10 years of business and legal experience to the CFO role. Prior to joining Calfox, Alfred was an assistant controller for DivcoWest where he managed the accounting for commercial real estate debt funds totaling over $1 billion in assets. Alfred is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the State Bar of California. Alfred earned his J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law and a B.A. in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting from UCLA. In his spare time, Alfred coaches youth basketball and volunteers as director of Sunset Youth Hoops, a sports ministry of Sunset Church.
